Orders can be made only by e-mail, by filling out the appropriate Form on this website.


A non-refundable deposit of 100 euros will be requested, which will confirm the order and the mutual commitment.

The amount will be subtracted from the total amount.



If you want a different scale, please make a request to Vision; when possible, your request will be satisfied.



When you have chosen your instrument, please filling out the data section.
Vision will reply to you within a few days, informing you of:
- waiting time
- total price including shipping and insurance
- payment methods and coordinates to make the deposit and the final balance.


Once you have received this infos, please make the payment of the deposit and reply to the email by sending the receipt of it.
After this operation, your order will be confirmed and you will be officially inserted in the Vision Waiting List.

When the time comes to produce your instrument, you will be contacted.

If you have changed your mind or if you have any other problems, you can inform Vision in that moment.

Please note that, being a craft work in collaboration with external companies for domes and heat treatments, the production and waiting time for the customer may undergo variations over time.

When the instrument is ready, you will be contacted by mail. You will have 10 days to reply to the email and make the payment of the bill.
Paid payment, Vision will send the instrument within 5 working days.
If you choose hand-picked, you have 14 days to reply to the email, make an appointment and collect your instrument.
If these terms are not respected, the reservation will automatically fall and the tool will be considered available and on sale again..
